Payments
Payments can be made by PayPal, Square, Credit Card or Debit E transfer.
Shipping
Shipping Methods: via Canada Post, DHL/UPS/Fedex/USPS(trackable online) to over 200 countries.
1.Custom orders are 4-5 weeks depending on size quantities and location. Deposit required on all custom orders.
2. Rush orders are available in 15 - 20 days. Extra cost will be applied.
3. Custom orders can be taken over phone or by email. We require your measurements for this. Please see measurement page.
International shipments
We do do not have any control over Customs fees and Duties, the buyer is responsible for all customs and duty charges. However, we will help to write ”dress samples" or "gifts" on the express bill for Custom clearance, this may reduce the taxes amount or only very little duty will be charged. So if you like, we can do this for you.
Please take note that custom tax will be collected by express/courier when it arrived, which it's not shipping cost, all shipping cost has been paid by us already. You can confirm with them about this once having the receipt.

About Quality
Each item you purchase from kTfashionsandAccessories is handled with most care, created with the top on the line Rose-E-Dee Fabrics and only shipped out through professional quality inspection, so reasons such as the item is different from what I imagined, it doesn't look beautiful on me, color is kinda different from the picture…etc cannot be regarded as quality issues for return. However, if there's indeed quality issues (such as obvious damages on the dress...etc), please contact us with photographs clearly showing the problems within 48 hours (from the time you sign the parcel), we will work closely with you to ensure proper return.

About Return
You can Return for Any Reasons - Don't worry about buying a dress and changing your mind - let us know within 48 hours of receiving your dress and we will be happy to accept your return for exchange or credit. For return of dresses, buyers/bidders are responsible for the shipping cost when returning. No returns on custom orders.
Product Conditions
All items must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped to you (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), together with free accessories and well packed. Please treat the returned item with the same care as when you received it, because items returned in unacceptable physical condition (e.g. torn, stained, washed) are not refundable. You should ship back the items within 2 days and email us the shipping number after we send out Return Authorization(RA).
Exceptions
We DO NOT accept returns or refunds on custom orders.
We DO offer one complimentary "Alter to Fit" in house, by appointment only after each purchase.
All Clearance are final sale.
Return Process
You have 48 hours from the time your item is delivered to the designated shipping address, to notify us that you would like to return the item. Message us by Email, PPM, Text, Call.
You must contact us before you return the item and we will email you RA if your return is in its original state as you received it.
Any item returned without RA will not be credited.
The item must be shipped back in brand-new & unworn condition within 14 days after we send out RA and email us the tracking #. Return the product in the original box with packing materials along with the RA receipt.
We must receive the item within 14 days after we send you RA. If we do not receive your item within 14 days, no credit will be given.
Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you. We will process your credit within 2 business day after inspection.
Items returned would subject to 35% restocking fee/handling fee, shipping cost and rush order fee are non-refundable.
NO Charge for return shipments.
About Size
There is no standard international size. Every store or brand has its own size definition, so don't rely on the size you usually have and please choose the size base on a proper measurement. If you are too tall or too short, or odd body shape, please carefully choose the item style . Remember if you need help, you can always email us with your measurement includes bust, waist & hip sizes, we are happy to assist you with our suggestions.
Nearly all bridal & formal wear need a slightly size alteration for a perfect fit. Anyway, you may choose our Custom Size service if you want better fit of your dresses. Custom sized dresses are not returnable. Book by appointment only.
About Color Difference :
Sometimes buyers might feel that the color of items are a little different from the pictures ,it is possible because the display of the same color might be a little different on different computer monitors, and colors from different dyeing lots may vary. Please note they are not quality issues .

Q: I'm a plus-sized girl, can you do a plus size for me?
A: Sure, we can make dresses sized from US Sz0-30, including plus sizes(Sz18 & up), and there's no extra cost for plus sizes, and there is $10 ~$15 extra cost (including extra fabric used, extra handwork...) for dress over size 16 (plus size type).
Q: How Long I Can Get My Dresses After I Make Orders?
A: You know, all our dresses start making after we get your orders. So the processing time is about 3-4 weeks, then we will ship you via DHL/UPS/Fedex/USPS, the shipping time is usually about 3-7 days.
Q: What Can I Do If I Want to Make Orders with More Then One?
A: You can contact us, then will make other links special for you.
Q: What's your cancellation policy?
A: We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created
with this in mind. However, it is important to note that every dresses and some accessories are made to order under separate tailoring & sewing, and its materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The goods news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policies below. Non Refundable Deposit is required for all custom orders.
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of ordering will be eligible for a full refund (not including Rush Order).
- Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours ordering will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% refund of the product purchase fee.
- Orders cancelled after 72 hours of ordering but before shipment will eligible for refund of shipping fee only.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
- Regarding Rush Orders, we only accept the cancellation request within 12 hours of the initial purchase, since our tailoring team usually arrange the order for tailoring immediately after your order is confirmed.
